HRIS Integration Engineer (SAP CPI / Integration Center)
Design, build, and maintain HRIS-to-LMS integrations using SAP Integration Center and SAP CPI.
About this role
Silent integration failures — records that stop syncing without triggering an alert — are the most common root cause of the data-quality issues we're brought in to fix. You'll build connectors with monitoring and reconciliation as a first-class requirement, not an afterthought.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain HRIS-to-LMS connectors
- Design user, organization, manager, domain, and assignment flows
- Implement monitoring, reconciliation, and error handling
- Work with SFTP and API-based integrations
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Center and/or SAP Cloud Integration (SAP CPI)
- Solid understanding of REST/OData APIs and SFTP-based integration patterns
- Comfortable debugging data flows across multiple systems
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience building monitoring and alerting for integration pipelines
Location
Paris, France, with travel to client sites in France (and occasionally internationally) as needed.
Engagement
Employee contract or independent consultant engagement, depending on fit — we'll discuss what works best for you.
Your first 90 days
- 01
Weeks 1–2
Review existing connector architecture and monitoring setup on active engagements.
- 02
Weeks 3–6
Build and test connector logic for an active integration under review, including error-handling design.
- 03
Weeks 7–12
Own an integration workstream end to end, including monitoring and reconciliation setup.
How we hire
A short, direct process — no multi-week pipeline with a dozen interviewers.
- 01
Initial conversation
A short call to understand your experience, what you're looking for, and whether the role is a realistic fit.
- 02
Working session
A discussion built around a real scenario from our engagements, to see how you actually think through a problem — not a trick technical test.
- 03
Alignment
We agree on scope, engagement type, and terms directly with you before anything is finalized.
How we approach compensation
Compensation is discussed individually based on your experience, the scope of the role, and whether it's structured as an employee contract or an independent engagement. You'll know the terms before any offer is finalized — we aim to agree on fair terms upfront rather than through a drawn-out back-and-forth.
