Learning Data & Reporting Analyst (SAP Story Reporting)

About this role
Reporting projects that skip the underlying data-quality assessment tend to produce dashboards nobody trusts. You'll start with the data model before building anything in Story Reporting, so the numbers hold up when someone questions them.
What you'll do
- Assess learning data models and identify data-quality issues
- Build reports and dashboards in SAP Story Reporting
- Design completion and compliance reporting
- Automate report distribution
What we're looking for
- Experience with SAP Story Reporting or a comparable BI/reporting tool
- Solid SQL or data-modeling fundamentals
- Close attention to data quality and validation
Nice to have
- Experience with learning or HR data specifically
- Experience in regulated reporting environments
Location
Paris, France, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
Engagement
Employee contract or independent consultant engagement, depending on fit — we'll discuss what works best for you.
Your first 90 days

Weeks 1–2
Review an active engagement's data model and existing reporting to identify quality gaps.

Weeks 3–6
Build and validate reports and dashboards in SAP Story Reporting under review.

Weeks 7–12
Own a reporting workstream independently, including automation and distribution setup.
