Learning Experience & Governance Consultant
Improve learner and administrator experience and help clients build governance models that hold up over time.
About this role
Platforms without ongoing governance tend to accumulate configuration debt — one-off exceptions and workarounds that quietly make the system harder to operate. You'll work from real usage data and administrator feedback to prioritize what actually needs fixing, not a generic best-practice checklist.
What you'll do
- Analyze usage data and administrator feedback
- Design security-domain and governance improvements
- Lead search, catalog, and mobile/accessibility optimization
- Build continuous improvement roadmaps
What we're looking for
- Experience in LMS optimization, UX, or governance consulting
- Comfortable working from usage data rather than assumptions
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices
Nice to have
- Experience with change management or adoption programs
Location
Paris, France, with travel to client sites in France (and occasionally internationally) as needed.
Engagement
Employee contract or independent consultant engagement, depending on fit — we'll discuss what works best for you.
Your first 90 days

Weeks 1–2
Review usage data and administrator feedback on an active engagement.

Weeks 3–6
Contribute governance and experience-improvement recommendations, prioritized by impact.

Weeks 7–12
Lead a governance or optimization workstream independently.
