Senior LMS/LXP Strategy Consultant
Lead requirement framing, roadmaps, and governance model design for enterprise learning ecosystems.
About this role
Most LMS implementations that struggle didn't fail on configuration — they failed because requirements were assumed rather than framed properly. You'll be the person who catches that before it becomes an expensive rebuild, working directly with client stakeholders to turn ambiguous goals into a roadmap the delivery team can actually execute.
What you'll do
- Lead business and technical requirement framing with client stakeholders
- Build LMS/LXP strategy and roadmaps
- Conduct platform assessments and health checks
- Support vendor and solution selection
- Define operating models and governance models
- Advise on regulated and GxP learning environments
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in learning technology strategy or consulting
- Hands-on experience with at least one major LMS platform (SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder communication in both French and English
- Comfortable leading workshops and structuring ambiguous problems
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries (life sciences, financial services)
- Prior consulting firm experience
Location
Paris, France, with travel to client sites in France (and occasionally internationally) as needed.
Engagement
Employee contract or independent consultant engagement, depending on fit — we'll discuss what works best for you.
Your first 90 days
- 01
Weeks 1–2
Get up to speed on active client engagements and our expertise areas; sit in on ongoing strategy conversations.
- 02
Weeks 3–6
Support requirement-framing workshops and platform assessments on an active engagement, contributing to roadmap and governance-model drafts.
- 03
Weeks 7–12
Lead a requirement-framing or platform-assessment engagement independently, from stakeholder workshops through to a roadmap deliverable.
How we hire
A short, direct process — no multi-week pipeline with a dozen interviewers.
- 01
Initial conversation
A short call to understand your experience, what you're looking for, and whether the role is a realistic fit.
- 02
Working session
A discussion built around a real scenario from our engagements, to see how you actually think through a problem — not a trick technical test.
- 03
Alignment
We agree on scope, engagement type, and terms directly with you before anything is finalized.
How we approach compensation
Compensation is discussed individually based on your experience, the scope of the role, and whether it's structured as an employee contract or an independent engagement. You'll know the terms before any offer is finalized — we aim to agree on fair terms upfront rather than through a drawn-out back-and-forth.
