SAP SuccessFactors Learning Implementation Consultant

Configure and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Learning environments end to end, from security domains to go-live.

About this role

Security-domain and catalog decisions made under go-live pressure are expensive to unwind later. You'll configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning environments with the next three years in mind, not just the go-live date, and flag trade-offs before they get locked in.

What you'll do

  • Configure security domains, catalog, and assignment models
  • Build curricula, programs, certifications, and retraining rules
  • Set up instructor-led and virtual training
  • Lead testing, UAT, and cutover activities
  • Support go-live and hypercare

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration experience
  • Solid understanding of security-domain design
  • Experience through at least one full implementation lifecycle

Nice to have

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification
  • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand as a secondary platform

Location

Paris, France, with travel to client sites in France (and occasionally internationally) as needed.

Engagement

Employee contract or independent consultant engagement, depending on fit — we'll discuss what works best for you.

Your first 90 days

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2

    Onboard to client environments and our configuration standards; review an active implementation's security-domain and catalog model.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3–6

    Own configuration tasks within an active implementation — catalog, assignment rules, certifications — with review.

  3. 03

    Weeks 7–12

    Lead a configuration workstream independently through testing and UAT.

Compensation is discussed individually based on your experience, the scope of the role, and whether it's structured as an employee contract or an independent engagement.
