Training & Enablement Consultant

Design and deliver the training and documentation that let client teams operate their platform independently.

About this role

Platforms without proper enablement tend to stay dependent on the implementation partner long after go-live — a cost most organizations don't plan for. You'll design training and documentation tied to the client's actual configuration, so their teams can genuinely run the platform on their own.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver administrator and business-process training
  • Run train-the-trainer sessions
  • Build role-based documentation and governance playbooks
  • Track KPI and project performance

What we're looking for

  • Experience designing enterprise training programs
  • Strong facilitation and documentation skills
  • Experience with at least one enterprise LMS

Nice to have

  • Instructional design background
  • Comfortable delivering training in both French and English

Location

Paris, France, with travel to client sites in France (and occasionally internationally) as needed.

Engagement

Employee contract or independent consultant engagement, depending on fit — we'll discuss what works best for you.

Your first 90 days

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2

    Review an active engagement's configuration and existing documentation to identify training needs.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3–6

    Co-design and help deliver administrator or business-process training under review.

  3. 03

    Weeks 7–12

    Own training design and delivery for an engagement independently, including documentation and governance playbooks.

How we approach compensation

Compensation is discussed individually based on your experience, the scope of the role, and whether it's structured as an employee contract or an independent engagement. You'll know the terms before any offer is finalized — we aim to agree on fair terms upfront rather than through a drawn-out back-and-forth.
